We want to keep things simple and start long lasting relationships with our customers. That’s why we uphold just a few rules:
Do not order unless you really intend to buy from us. We want to give our customers the attention they deserve.
We only deliver airguns to adults.
We only deliver airguns that are legal in the UK. FAC-rated airguns only if you are licensed to purchase one.
All goods remain our property until we have received your payment.
If you are not satisfied about a product or a delivery, please state so immediately after receipt of the goods.
All goods have a 1 year warranty-period, unless a longer period is mentioned. If a product is damaged by wrong handling, abuse or if you decide to modify things yourselve, you loose your rights.
If you have purchased goods from us, we have established an official contract. You can only return new and unused goods after you have consulted us. You have to take care of proper packaging and shipping.
If you return the product we will send you back the money after we have received the product. Or if you can prove you sent back the products to the right adress.
The return costs need to be paid by the customer.
We deliver 95% of all orders out of stock. If we cannot deliver within a few days, we will inform you on the estimated delivery time.
Shipping costs will be based on weight and dimensions. As a rule of thumb shipping of an airgun will be about £ 20,-.

We take no responsibility for damage or harm caused by our products after delivery.
We will not share or give any privacy related information to anybody.
